How to Bulk Send Distribution

If you are looking to deliver content in bulk, you can use the Distribute function to bulk send your data. There are two distribution options available when sending pending albums: Send to Connected Agents and Send to All Selected Agents. 

1. Send to Connected Agents
   Distributes pending albums only to agents that already have an existing connection with the selected labels. No new agent connections will be created.
    

2. Send to All Selected Agents
   Distributes pending albums to all selected agents, regardless of whether a connection already exists. If an agent does not have an existing connection with the selected labels, the connection will be automatically created before distribution.

   Example:
   If you select three agents and only two are already connected to the label:

   Send to Connected Agents: Albums are sent to the two connected agents only.

   Send to All Selected Agents: Albums are sent to all three agents, and a connection is automatically created for the third agent.

Send to Connected Agents

Does not create any new connections. If an agent is selected but isn't already connected to the label, they won't receive the albums.

Send to All Selected Agents

If an agent isn't already connected to the selected label, the system automatically creates the connection first, then distributes the albums.
