Registration

If you would like to send metadata to a Common Works Registration (CWR) System, please contact support@harvest.music with your CISAC account authentication information.

Depending on the CWR system, we will also need a contact email of the PRO to setup the connection.

How to send an album

When your CWR is setup is completed by the Harvest team, head to Export Manager > Registration:

Search panel
  • In the Endpoints field, select the CWR system
  • Search specific labels and albums OR search by Export Status to find all unprocessed albums
  • In the search results, select the albums using the checkboxes and click Action > Add to queue

Albums awaiting validation panel

This panel displays the albums added to the queue. 

  • Select the aeroplane icon to view, validate and dispatch the albums
  • Validation will check data meets the requirements of the CWR system. Errors will be displayed via the warning icon
  • Dispatched albums will be removed from this panel if validation passes
Albums being processed

Albums in this panel are now with the CWR system to process. Use the eye icon to view progress of each album.

Progress status definitions:

  • Processing / Accepted - Still processing or accepted but not finalized
  • Duplicate / No participation - Matches another transaction already received or no interest in work.
    • Duplicate is often the caused by track titles being the same for Main and Alts.
    • Duplicate tracks will not be updated with code
  • Rejected / Conflict - Fails validation or conflicts with another submission
  • Registered - Registration or modification accepted
  • Timeout - Acknowledgement not received within wait period

You can review all deliveries initiated from the Manage tab by:

Search panel

  • Select a date range to return results 
  • Filter by Label, Album and CWR Endpoint
  • Filter by Status
