Search Mappings

Search Mapping allows clients using AI providers to map AI provided data into existing fields on the account for example BPM or Instrumentation.

Note this is only available to clients using the Harvest API and custom search player.

Categories

• Check that the API categories you wish to display on your site are set to show

• Ensure that categories have Keywords (synonyms) assigned. 
  
  This will ensure only the AIMS AI tag is included in the final output if multiple related tags are present on a track, or multiple are removed if not.

  
  This functionality addresses the variations and stemming in human tags. For example: adding keyword 'families' to AIMS tag 'family' adding keyword 'vocals' to AIMS tags 'vocal' adding keyword 'Guitar Acoustic' to AIMS tags 'Acoustic Guitar' adding keyword 'lo-fi' to AIMS tags 'lo-fi beats'

Edit Search Mappings

• Go to Account Settings > Search Settings
• Select the Search Mapping toggle to enable and edit
  
• Map fields from the AI Categories to related Harvest fields
  

Mapping definitions:

• <---> Adds AI tags and removed unassigned human tags
• <-- Removed unassigned human tags
• Replace: removes human data and replaces with AI tags for track using the assigned AI taxonomy (i.e. genres)
• Blend: adds AI tags to track for the assigned AI taxonomy (i.e. genres),
• Advanced:
  • adds AI tags to track for the assigned AI taxonomy (i.e. genres), and
  • removes human tags from track that exist in the assigned AI taxonomy (i.e. genres) but are not an AI tags for the track
• When Advanced force to Blend: When the track has the category assigned (i.e. sound design=y) we change the Mode from Advanced to Blend.
  Essentially, this rule stops the following on fields with Advanced Mode enabled. It removes human tags from tracks that exist in the assigned AI taxonomy (i.e. genres) but are not an AI tags for the track.
