Replacing an audio file can be managed in two areas:
1. Edit Track - manually update a single tracks audio
2. Advanced Import - bulk update multiple audio files
Once an audio file has been updated, it will overwrite the .wav file that is used by your sub-publishers. Files will be automatically updates but please ensure they are aware of any changes.
