Member Groups

Member Groups override individual member download settings. A download limit can be set to a group of members and if the limit is reached for the group, all members within the group, will not be able to continue downloading, or if the group is set to unlimited downloads, there will be no download limits.

Steps
1. Create a Member Group 
2. Assign a member

Auto Approve Member definitions:

• Off - no auto approval. Approval must be managed through Member Search
• Auto-approve - based off rules set in Account Settings > Auto-Approval Rules
• Auto-approve with verification email - send an email to member to verify their email before setting status to approved
• Member approve - Member Group Owner is sent an email to approve member
• Member approve with verification email - Member Group Owner is sent an email to approve member. If approved, then an email is sent to the member to verify their email before setting status is set to approved.
